General Facility Information

  • The Rental fee for the entire facility is $334.00 for the first five (5) hours and nineteen dollars ($19) each additional hour and requires a deposit equal to half the total rent, or $100.00, which ever is greater.
  • The Rental fee for Classroom A is eighty-two dollars ($82) for the first two (2) hours and nineteen dollars ($19) each additional hour and  requires a deposit equal to half the total rent, or $100.00, which ever is greater.
  • There is an additional staffing fee of sixteen dollars ($16) from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
  • Maximum capacity for the auditorium is 338
  • Maximum capacity for classroom A is thirty-five (35) seated
    • Ten (10) round tables
    • Twenty (20) rectangular tables
    • One hundred and fifty (150) chairs
  • There is a kitchen with two (2) ovens, stove, two (2) sinks, dishwasher and refrigerator   

Policies

No alcohol is permitted. Dancing and amplified is allowed. You must be eighteen or older to rent the hall.

Special Notes

  • A Certificate of Insurance is required. Security Guards are required after 7:00 p.m. until the end of event.
  • A Sound system/microphone available for use with rental for a fee of twenty-eight dollars ($28).
  • Facility set-up must be arranged at least two (2) weeks prior to the rental date and has a fee of twenty-three dollars ($23).
  • Rentals must be made at least ten (10) working days before a facility use.
